in the very first episode of that season, and the couple have since gone from strength to strength, staying married and welcoming their son, Oliver Chase Merchant, in October 2020.
Now, Jules, 40, has signed a book deal with publishers Simon & Schuster, and is set to release her autobiography.
Announcing the news on Instagram, she wrote: ‘Well this is a string I thought I would never add to my bow… but I am!
‘So thrilled, excited, and nervous (mainly excited) to embark on this with @simonschusterau.’
Jules added: ‘I would say I throw myself into all I do, but this is definitely the biggest throw my self in the deepest, deep end of all time!’
Ex-cricketer Cam sweetly commented: ‘How exciting… Can’t wait to read what I don’t know about my wife.’
Not all of Jules’ Married At First Sight stars were as supportive though, with Nasser reposting the press release on his social media, and making a savage comment.
He captioned the since-deleted shot: ‘This would have to be the funniest thing since Boris Johnson’s resignation.’
Nasser has on the show, as he wrote an open letter to future and current contestants on in 2019, warning the final show may not turn out how they expect.
‘I was edited as a villain because I didn’t want to sleep with my wife who happened to wear a wig,’ he said.
‘She didn’t want to sleep with me either, but that magical edit made it seem like she was longing for little Nass to make a cameo.
‘They’re clever… You’re probably in the midst of being manipulated right now and have no idea.’
