An eyewitness told the outlet and ‘so engaged’ in their conversation that he barely touched his food during the meal.

The situation is not being treated as suspicious but the LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division (RHD) is investigating the death as ‘standard procedure’.
Perry’s body was discovered found in the hot tub at his property, and was already deceased when help arrived.
Authorities searched his home and found no illicit substances.
