appears to have confirmed he is back with girlfriend Stacey Giggs after sharing a mysterious Instagram photo.
The Wanted star was said to have after four years of dating following a ‘rough patch’.
However, they appear to have reconciled with Max, 33, sharing a cosy photo of himself chilling on the living room floor with their dog Albert.
Neither Max or Stacey’s faces are seen in the photo, which he captioned ‘my boy’ and tagged Stacey’s daughter Libby, 19. He is also said to have initially tagged Stacey directly but that has since been removed.
It comes days after a source revealed after originally calling time on their romance.
‘Max and Stacey had a real rough patch and in the heat of the moment they called it a day,’ the insider said. ‘It was a very upsetting time for both of them.
They added : ‘But now things have calmed down, they both felt they wanted to patch things up.
‘They are back together and working through their issues.’
A source previously said their split came as a ‘bombshell’ as Max had proudly described Stacey as ‘the one’, and that she had even convinced him to have children of his own, which he had been less keen on in the past.
It had been a challenging few weeks apart for the pair, during which time Max’s The Wanted bandmate Tom Parker died aged 33 following a battle with brain cancer.
Max and Stacey, 38, began dating at the beginning of 2018 and went public with their romance on Instagram in May of that year. In 2020, their relationship reached the next stage when Max moved into the home she shares with her two children – Libby and Zachary, 14 – from her previous marriage to footballer Ryan Giggs.
