Last year Cara in the 12th season of horror anthology television series American Horror Story, subtitled Delicate.
She played Ivy Ehrenreich, a ‘mysterious woman that begins antagonizing famous actress, Anna Victoria Alcott (Emma),’ with Cara wearing a prosthetic in the series to portray the pregnant character.
