A new filing in the case against Sean ‘’ Combs has addressed the mystery relating to more than seized from his home.
The disgraced rapper, who is currently facing charges of, was with his multiple bail requests being denied.
While there are many disturbing claims relating to the star’s arrest, one came after federal police officers raided both his Miami, and Los Angeles homes in March, with an indictment later stating that ‘more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant’ were found.
It has largely remained a mystery as to what the bottles of product were used for, but a recent legal filing may have just revealed the truth.
Developments came on Monday after an alleged victim of Combs, known only by John Doe, made a filing accusing the star of assaulting him in 1998 at one of the rapper’s infamous .
‘There existed something sinister – a dark underbelly of , sex trafficking, forced labour, kidnapping, bribery and prostitution,’ the filing read, according to .
The paperwork reportedly said that ‘Combs is a menace to society, women and children,’ and alleged that the rapper doused his victims in ‘lotions or similar body oils… laced with GHB’.
The filing claimed that ‘the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to assault him or her.’
GHB, known as Gamma hydroxybutyrate, is a common date rape drug, and when taken, it can make a person feel overly relaxed and drowsy. It can also cause amnesia while under the influence of the drug.
Doe supported his claim by including a photo of him and Combs at the 1998 party, as evidence he attended the event.
Combs, who is being represented by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, has denied the allegations against him.
In a statement shared with , his attorneys said: ‘The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity.
‘Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process.
‘In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman’
The filing made by Doe’s attorney, – who is representing – claimed he was just 16 when he was invited to attend the Hamptons party and attended as he felt it was ‘his chance to break into the music industry’.
He claimed that he was surrounded by ‘countless celebrities and A-listers who form the music and entertainment industry’, including some who were allegedly recognisable TV and film figures.
‘Shocked, John Doe found himself face to face with Combs, a titan in the music industry, standing right in front of him at his own party,’ the court filing reportedly stated.
The news outlet reported that the filing said Combs ‘took an interest’ in Doe and allegedly asked him to speak in a more private area near the portable restrooms.
Doe claimed the pair spoke about his dreams of becoming a star and was told it didn’t matter if he didn’t have the voice as he had ‘the look’.
The then-teen alleged he was then ‘completely caught off guard’ as ‘Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants.’
Allegedly explaining to the young man, who would have been considered a minor at the time, that it was a ‘rite of passage’ and ‘a way to prove himself’, Doe did as the rapper instructed.
The filing stated: ‘Combs moved closer and grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand. He firmly cupped and held onto John Doe’s genitals for an extended period of time.
‘During this time, Combs moved his hand in such a fashion to manipulate John Doe’s genitals, squeezing and feeling them. Doe was only 16.’
Doe is one of 25 alleged victims represented by Buzbee who claim they were minors at the time of their alleged assault by Combs.
It comes after the respected lawyer stated that more high-profile individuals could be named in separate legal filings related to Combs’ case.
Buzbee, who said last month: ‘We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors.’ He added: ‘We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.
‘It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure that we’re right before we do that.
‘But the names that we’re going to name … are names that will shock you.’
Combs’ trial has reportedly been scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
