Sony appears to be planning a new hardware bundle for the , featuring 24 months worth of for the standard and Digital Edition models.
If Sony Is planning any kind of response to the Games , and this week’s rumoured , there’s no sign of it so far, with no credible rumours to suggest they have another showcase planned anytime soon.
That doesn’t mean there’s no leaks at all about their future plans though, with one reliable source, who already L***ed new bundles earlier in the year, claiming that Sony is planning to launch two new bundles that include two years’ worth of PS Plus Premium subscriptions.
That has a value of around £200, so it’s unclear what the bundle is going to cost, but presumably there is some sort of discount involved, in order to make it seem tempting.
The two images accompanying the leak appear to be legit and given @Zuby_Tech’s proven track record there doesn’t seem to be much reason to doubt they’re real.
When they’ll be revealed is a mystery though, as they alone are clearly not worth a showcase and yet given how expensive they are you’d think Sony would want to give them quite a bit of publicity.
Sony recently stated that, much to their own surprise, the PS Plus Premium tier of subscriptions has been .
Although most agree that PS Plus Extra is very good value for money Premium offers little extra of any worth, with an insultingly .
The whole PS Plus revamp has been successful enough, though, that Sony has no plans to reverse the decision not to include first party games from day one.
Instead, and judging by these new bundles, they seem keen to promote PS Plus as one of the key selling points of the PlayStation 5.
