The Simple Life star via a surrogate recently, announcing baby Phoenix’s surprise arrival in January.
Last week, the 42-year-old as she cuddled the little one, who was decked out in a dreamy amount of Burberry.
‘My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC,’ she captioned the adorable snap.
However, the post was flooded with nasty comments surrounding the tot’s appearance and the size of his head.
Having precisely none of it, Paris condemned the cruel criticism on TikTok, insisting that he is ‘perfectly healthy’.
Sliding into the comments of a post defending her family, the Stars Are Blind icon penned: ‘There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy.
‘And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.’
Paris and Phoenix were also supported in the comments below her original Instagram post, as fans called out those who taunted the youngster.
One fumed: ‘She was so kind to share a precious photo of her son with us. I don’t understand why people have to make fun of him or make comments about the way she is holding him.’
‘As a mom these comments hurt my heart. He’s beautiful,’ another said.
A follower agreed: ‘He literally looks like an angel. Like he looks like he was born with a kind pure heart.’
‘And this is exactly why people don’t post their kids cause yall so damn rude,’ an Instagram user blasted.
As a commenter added: ‘Are you that miserable that you feel the need to bully a baby? If you think it’s ok to harass an infant and his mom, I feel sorry for you.’
Paris sent us all into meltdown at the beginning of the year when she announced that into the world.
She later admitted that even her mom, Kathy Hilton, had no idea of their impending joy.
Following Phoenix’s arrival, the mom-of-one revealed that she had already returned to her doctor in the hope of giving him a younger sibling.
‘We’ve done it [the IVF process] seven times… I have all boys [embryos]. I have 20 boys,’ she told Glamour magazine.
‘I just went through the process again a month ago, so I’m waiting for the results to see if there’s any girls.’
Discussing why she opted to go through surrogacy, Paris added: ‘I’m just so scared… When I was in The Simple Life, I had to be in a room when a woman was giving birth and that traumatized me as well. But I want a family so bad, it’s just the physical part of doing it.
‘I’m just so scared… childbirth and death are the two things that scare me more than anything in the world.’
