revealed she turned down a DJ gig for the President of the United States so she could be at ’ wedding instead.
Britney, 40, at her home on Thursday, and Paris, 41, moved heaven and earth so she could be there.
The heiress revealed on her podcast that she had to turn down a booking to perform for heads of state on the same night.
She explained: ‘I was keeping it top secret all week. Literally I did not tell anyone, not even the people I asked to have dresses sent.’
Paris added: ‘I was actually asked to DJ for the president and all of the other presidents from around the world for the dinner, but this was more important to me.’
She kept details of the event private, explaining: ‘I’m not going to go into any details, because it was the princess bride’s night, and that’s her story to tell.
‘But all I can say is I am just so incredibly happy for her. She looked stunning, and I’m just — it made me so happy to see that she found her fairytale, and they are a beautiful couple and just glowing.
‘It really warmed my heart to see her so happy and free. That’s all I’m going to answer about that.’
Paris and Britney have been friends since the early 2000s, and a source told : ‘They keep in touch and Paris is happy to be there for Britney.
‘She is excited to be a part of her life and be a friend to her.’
Paris had kept her invite to the nuptials so secret even her driver and stylist were not aware which included Madonna, Drew Barrymore and Selena Gomez.
Britney and Sam met in 2016 on the set of her Slumber Party music video and got engaged in September 2021.
Her family were not in attendance at her wedding, barring her brother Bryan who was the only one to get an invite following her public falling out with her mum, Lynne Spears, dad Jamie Spears and sister Jamie-Lynn Spears.
