Pink fan throws mum’s ashes onto stage and the singer’s response is priceless

was left stunned when a fan threw her mum’s ashes on stage during the star’s blockbuster performance in over the weekend. No, really.

The 42-year-old crooner was handed a pouch full of cremated remains and asked the member of the audience to clarify that it was their mum’s remains – before saying: ‘I don’t know how to feel about that.’

‘I have to say that was a first,’ she added.  

Pink was in the middle of Just Like A Pill when she noticed the small clear bag.

According to , she placed the item at the edge of the stage and carried on singing with a ‘look of confusion’ on her face.

Pink also received a number of other – much more normal – gifts from her loyal fans during her two American Express Presents BST Hyde Park shows, including teddy bears, flowers and artwork.

She even noted during her performance that her – a competitive truck racer –  told her the collection of frog  was ‘weird’ so she now donates them to children’s hospitals.

Taking over a jam-packed Hyde Park as part of the British Summer Time festival, the Cover Me In Sunshine singer .

The crowd-pleasing performance saw Pink somersaulting above fans while harnessed, her dancers backflipping in unison onto trampolines and fireworks being let off.

During her Saturday show, Pink – who appeared to be wearing a bandage during her concert – stopped the gig briefly to make sure a fan who fainted was OK and that security was on the way to help them.

She belted out hits such as Raise Your Glass and Just Give Me A Reason, as well as an Adele cover Make You Feel My Love.

In a touching moment, she and her daughter Willow Sage teamed up on their 2021 upbeat song Cover Me In Sunshine.

After Pink’s eldest child walked off stage, she said: ‘She’s so good. She doesn’t care at all.’

During Trustfall’s When I Get There, she spoke about the death of her father from cancer two years ago and said she will be ‘unpacking’ it for the ‘rest of my life’.

Referencing her music video to Irrelevant, footage of Black Lives Matter protests, Pride marches, pro-choice demonstrations and Donald Trump appeared on screens in Hyde Park as she belted out the protest song.
