A new Tera Raid will be added to Scarlet and Violet, featuring the game’s only romantic couple.
is releasing new Tera Raid battles almost every week now, giving you the chance to catch rare types or collect hard-to-find items and drops.Â
Even though the concluded on February 5, there’s already another two Tera Raids on the way.
One of them will be super cute, as it’s inspired by the romantic atmosphere of Valentine’s Day. As such, you’ll be called to battle Tandemaus, which is actually two white mice that are portrayed as a couple.
When does the Tandemaus Tera Raid battles start?
The battles for Tandemaus will officially kick off on Monday, February 13 at 12am and will conclude the next day: Tuesday, February 14 at 11:59pm. Â
Tandemaus is a Normal-type pokémon meaning that under normal circumstances it’s weak to Fighting-type creatures.
It can also take damage from Normal, Flying, Poison and Ground types, among many others, meaning that it shouldn’t be hard to find a creature in your pokédex to fight it. Â
Although you should keep in mind that Tandemaus is normally immune to Ghost-type pokémon.
The Tandemaus Tera Raid will feature 1 to 5 star battles, each one dropping better rewards than the other. Some of the rewards up for grabs include Strawberries and Whipped Cream.
Tandemaus and its evolutions are new pokémon that got added to the games with the introduction of Generation IX.
According to its pokédex description, the pair sticks together no matter what, they split any food they find exactly in half and then eat it together.Â
Tandemaus evolves into Maushold starting at level 25, only when levelled up in a battle, at which point two more, smaller mice are added to the family.Â
If you want your week to be even more action-packed, you’ll be glad to know this isn’t the only Tera Raid Battle taking place.
There’s also a 7-star Greninja raid taking place between February 10 to 12, and it looks like it’s going to be a tough one.
