Police are conducting a search following the disappearance of a TV presenter and their partner.
It has been reported that Jesse Baird, a former presenter on Studio 10, has gone missing along with his boyfriend, flight attendant Luke Davies.
The couple are said to have not been seen for several days, with police expressing ‘grave concerns’ after bloody possessions of theirs was found in a skip.
A statement has been released by the New South Wales Police Force, which reads: ‘Police will appeal for information as they investigate the suspicious disappearance of a man from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
‘Possessions belonging to 29-year-old Luke Davies and another man were found just after 11am yesterday (Wednesday 21 February 2024), in a skip-bin on Wilbar Avenue, Cronulla.’
The police force that after police officers entered a home on Wednesday February 21 in Paddington, they ‘immediately established a crime scene’.
‘Police then attended Luke’s home in Waterloo, but he has not been located and his disappearance is being treated as suspicious,’ they stated.
‘Investigators are now trying to determine the location of a 26-year-old man, who they believe can assist with inquiries.’
The police said that it’s understood that Davies was in Paddington on Monday February 19, and he ‘has not been seen since, his family have been unable to contact him and he has not been at work’.

According to the publication, it’s been alleged that a police officer could be involved in the disappearance of the men.
reported that friends of Baird informed police that he had been concerned recently that he was being stalked by another man, who was allegedly a NSW police officer.
Eastern Suburbs Commander Detective Superintendent Jodi Radmore said that ‘unusual items’ found in a bin at Club Cronulla, a club in Australia, were reported to police.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports that these items included credit cards, keys and a mobile phone.
After finding these items, the police are then said to have gone to Baird’s house, where they found upended furniture and blood, the latter of which indicated a serious injury.
‘We do believe there has been some sort of incident that likely occurred at the Paddington address (on Monday morning),’ Superintendent Radmore said.
‘Witnesses described it as a verbal argument. It wasn’t reported to police at the time.’
The Superintendent continued: ‘Their final movements are still under investigation,’ adding that police could not confirm as of yet if either of the men had met with foul play.
The NSW Police Force stated that they are about Davies’ whereabouts or who may have information relevant to the investigation to contact Waverley Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
