Kelly Osbourne has celebrated one year of sobriety and reflected on how much her life has changed as she prepares to become a mother for the first time.
The pregnant star, 37, shared a screenshot of her Twelve Steps app showing that it was officially a year since she decided to go sober.
She told her followers: ‘What a difference a year can make! If you would have told me 365 days ago that I would be sober, happy, and about to be a mumma I would have laughed in your face.
‘Life is truly amazing when you do the work. Thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey. I love you all so much!!!!!!!’
Mum Sharon Osbourne also shared the screenshot, adding: ‘I’m so proud of you @kellyosbourne.’

She wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her ultrasound scan: ‘I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why…
‘I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma. To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic!’
Kelly had previously been almost four years sober but revealed she had relapsed in April 2021 during an appearance on Facebook Watch’s Red Table Talk last June.
She explained to Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow Smith: ‘There’s so much irony in this last relapse for me because I made it all the way through the pandemic, I made it all the way through.
‘I was alone, sitting by a pool, and waiting for somebody to come have a meeting with me and I saw this woman and her husband had a glass of champagne and it looked really nice.
‘I was like, “Oh I can do that too.” And then the next day, I had two glasses. And then the day after that it was bottles.’
Explaining why she chose sobriety, Kelly admitted: ‘I only want to be the best version of myself, for my family and my boyfriend and my friends and I was not. I was the furthest thing away from that.’
