The duo have reportedly been on a string of dates, including in Hamstead Heath earlier this month where they were seen holding hands.
Emma and Rami were rumoured to be once again holding hands as they went for a stroll in Margate, Kent days after his split was shared by a source.
According to a fellow diner, the pair were kissing while they enjoyed dinner at the Buoy and Oyster restaurant, splitting two bottles of wine and a £125 seafood platter.
‘Rami and Emma were very low-key and when fans approached them for pictures, they politely declined,’ the diner who witnessed their Wednesday night date told .
‘They were very passionate and looking into each other’s eyes. They kissed and didn’t seem to mind who could see.
‘Rami and Emma just seemed totally besotted with each other and paid no attention to anyone else.’
Before this ‘date’, Rami flew Emma out to watch Bruce Springsteen’s gig in Hyde Park last month.
A witness added: ‘They looked very much like a couple.’
On the Bond villain’s split from Lucy, a source said: ‘Rami and Lucy split earlier this year without much fanfare.
‘They were together for a long time but had grown apart. They are both moving on with their lives and are busy with work.’
Emma, who also starred in My Policemen, is set to appear in the next in a yet undisclosed role but is currently on strike with SAG-AFTRA giving them time to enjoy this new romance.
