Reese Witherspoon’s eldest son has opened the doors to his apartment, and it puts our student accommodations to shame.
Deacon – who the Legally Blonde – bumped into star Caleb Simpson on the streets of Manhattan, and gave him, and his 7.8million followers, a quick tour of his pad.
At the beginning of the clip, the presenter asked the 20-year-old how much he pays in rent for the three-bed apartment, to which he coyly replied: ‘West Village prices, man.’
It’s not quite clear where in the West Village that the student lives, but …
Walking through the door to the two-floor flat, Deacon showed off a spiral staircase in the middle of the living room, warning that it’s ‘sketchy’, and easy to hit your head on.
He then introduced viewers to his two flatmates while they made their way around the spacious rooms, including a huge ‘vinyl wall’ and a studio in his bedroom.
The budding musician declared: ‘I sing and play a little bit of keyboard but I mostly make music on my computer.’
Deacon proudly unveiled their surprisingly tidy bathroom, as well as a houseplant named ‘Darryl’.
As you do.
clearly had a whale of a time taking part in Caleb’s brief video, and slid into the comments below to share: ‘Nice meeting you man!! Even tho you made me late to class [sic].’
Reese welcomed Deacon, and daughter Ava, with ex-husband Ryan, before their split in 2006 – following seven years of marriage.
The youngster is already following his parents’ famous footsteps in Hollywood, having made his acting debut as Parker in season three of the Netflix program – beside Darren Barnett, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Poorna Jagannathan.
Ryan previously shared his pride over his son’s acting efforts, but teased that there is a lot more to come from him.
‘I am so proud,’ the Cruel Intentions star previously told Entertainment Tonight, before celebrating his music.
‘That’s his primary focus. The acting thing he likes to do, and he will do according to what his appetite for it is, but his focus is primarily music.
‘I’m so excited for people to hear. It’s really good stuff. I’m super proud.’
