Richard Madeley reflected on the moment he found out his daughter Chloe was in labour while he was presenting Good Morning Britain.

Chloe and James welcomed their newborn via an emergency C-section, which the new mum has kept her followers up to date on.
While Chloe was getting ready to give birth, her famous father was hosting the weekday morning programme alongside .
He said: ‘I was telling my co-presenter Charlotte Hawkins, privately, “it’s all kicking off, she’s being induced, oh my God she’s having an emergency c-section.”
‘But obviously I didn’t say anything on air,’ he added to magazine.
The former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star also explained that although he wasn’t there in person, he was receiving regular updates throughout the programme.
Chloe recently admitted that pregnancy and life postpartum had made her , explaining: ‘What I learned throughout my pregnancy, and what I’ve learned since in the postnatal period, is not to take your body personally (even though your visceral reaction will likely tell you to). Don’t do it.
‘Don’t think that because you expect your body to do something, it will, and don’t think you should attach any kind of emotion to that whatsoever.
‘I could never have predicted that I’d end up getting an emergency c-section, or why, and I could never have predicted that breastfeeding would come so naturally to both my body and my baby.
‘After a decade long love affair of action / reaction between myself and my body respectively, I can safely say that the tables have turned. Expectations…lol.’
Chloe and James, who had been trying to conceive a baby for two years, tied the knot in 2018.
