The A-listers, 32 and 48 respectively, are in the city for Venice Film Festival and arrived by boat to a rehearsal for the amfAR Gala.
Hitmaker Rita looked as glorious as ever in a semi-sheer white dress while her filmmaker husband cut a dapper figure in a white shirt, navy trousers and a matching navy jacket.
Taking place on Sunday, Venice’s amfAR Gala helps raise money for AIDs and HIV research and prevention.

On their one-year anniversary, Rita shared the pictures with Vogue, showing off her stunning white lace dress.
Rita’s dress was a Tom Ford-designed number but she also switched into two more ensembles, also by the couture brand, on the day.
Talking about finding her perfect wedding gown, Rita said: ‘I didn’t know if the right dress was even going to be in town, and I just took the risk and went to the Tom Ford shop, and they had it perfectly waiting with the veil, in my size, no alterations needed to be done.’
After Rita popped the question, they planned their special day in just two weeks.
The wedding was super intimate with only eight guests which included Rita’s sister Elena and filmmaker Taika’s daughters Te Hinekahu and Matewa Kiritapu, and their parents attending on Zoom.
Rita described the day as ‘blissful and calm and private and fun,’ while Taika added: ‘It was beautiful.’
The day was exactly what they wanted and Rita dubbed herself ‘the happiest bride in the world’.
The pair also gave insight into their engagement with Taika revealing that it was Rita who proposed after around one year of dating.
‘She proposed to me, and I said “yes” instantly,’ he recalled.
