kicked off with the perfect amount of sass, strutting and glamour, as , all past winners returned to fight to be crowned the Queen of Queens.
Kicking off with none other than super-model and a judging panel which featured , it’s safe to say the first episode started on a bang.
But it wasn’t just , as a special guest shocked the other queens when she entered the werk room.
The contestants, including the UK’s own The Vivienne who won the first ever RuPaul’s back in 2019, were treated to a surprise when a mysterious guest sashayed in, with a huge hat hiding her identity.
Making her surprise entry after all the other queens had introduced themselves, a black and white sparkling striped mystery queen entered the werk room, leaving the contestants to wonder who it could possibly be.
‘It’s Sia,’ Jinkx whispered, while Monet asked: ‘Who is under this big ol’ hat?’
Before they got too carried away with their theories, the mystery queen revealed herself, chiming in with: ‘Losing is the new winning!’
Revealing herself to be Raven, who placed second in both Drag Race season two and All Stars season one, and has never actually won a series, the queens were left stunned.
‘Surprise,’ Raven shared in an interview clip, saying: ‘It’s me Raven. I didn’t win season two and I did not win All Stars season one,’ before adding: ‘Oh I was robbed. Twice.’
‘A lot of Queens may not think I belong in a winner’s competition but I do identify as a winner. Suck it,’ Raven added, confirming that she did, at least, win an Emmy if not a Drag Race crown.
However, it wasn’t long before Raven was whisked away by RuPaul, who walked into the werk room asking: ‘Raven, what are you doing here?’
‘I am here, just like the rest of them, to get a crown,’ Raven sassily responded, but unfortunately the Emmy-award winner wasn’t there to stay.
Raven’s entrance on the show was just the first in a series that’s bound to leave us with endless more twists along the way.
And we’re so here for it.
