The squad have finally revealed when the new series will grace our screens in the UK – and we don’t have long left at all.
After four chaotic and slightly unpredictable seasons, fans know there’s never a dull moment at , and after thefinale gave us that showdown between Christine Quinn and Mary Fitzgerald – we know we’re in for a bumpy ride ahead.
Like it wasn’t obvious already, Netflix teased that there’s more romance and fire on the horizon for the real estate agents.

A post on the official Twitter account announced that new episodes will drop on the streaming giant on April 22, meaning we’ve only got two weeks to wait!
‘Drama! Drama! Drama,’ the message read. ‘Selling Sunset finally returns with the premiere of Season 5 on April 22.’
Naturally, the highly-anticipated announcement sent followers into a frenzy as they quote tweeted the post with sheer delight.
‘I am so excited,’ one yelled, as a fan agreed: ‘When I tell y’all I can’t wait!!!!’
‘Just what April needed,’ a Twitter user said.
‘AAAAAAAAA SO EXCITED,’ a fan screamed.
As another added: ‘This is the best day of my life omfg.’
How to watch Selling Sunset in the UK?
Every season of Selling Sunset is available to stream on Netflix.
While we wait for season five, the platform fuelled our real estate fire with the spin-off series, , which dropped in December 2021.
The spin-off will focus on the owner and agents of an all Black, all female firm as they explore the luxury real estate of Florida.
The official synopsis reads: ‘Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast.
‘These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.
‘Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.’
Who is in the cast of Selling Sunset?
Series regulars Christine, Mary Fitzgerald and Amanza Smith will be returning– proudly posing beside newcomer Chelsea Lazkani.

Although the premiere date is approaching very soon, there’s still no sign of a trailer to help prepare us for the inevitable drama.
But, Netflix teased us with a 30-second promo of what we can expect, so that’s going to have to do for now.
