Jason Oppenheim recently opened a brokerage in the wealthy area, with cameras on hand to capture all of the action.
Ahead of the release date, on August 24, a first look confirmed that the drama wasn’t just staying in the Sunset office.
Kicking off the trailer, Jason said: ‘My brokerage, the Oppenheim Group, has had so much success in LA that we’re opening up a second office in one of the most affluent parts of California, Orange County.’
However, despite only having opened the offices a short time ago, it seems that the tension between the OC gang are at an all-time high as Gio described himself as the ‘top dog’ of the agents – something his colleagues appear to dispute.
‘The Oppenheim Group comes with its own brand of office politics,’ viewers are warned.
The two-minute trailer ends with an agent ominously stating: ‘You can only burn so many bridges until there’s nothing left to cross.
‘You guys will learn the hard way.’

The original series was recently renewed for season six and seven, following the wild success of the previous episodes on Netflix.
It was recently confirmed that there would be a shake-up in the office, with – with the latter already a longtime member of the company.
Nicole shed light on what led her to finally join in, having worked with the stars for so long, and admitted that she was originally slated to appear in the first season.
‘Honestly, at the time, I just got cold feet right before they were going to start filming,’ she told People Magazine.
‘I just wasn’t ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business — which I’m very protective of — to the entire world.
‘I’ve grown personally and professionally a lot. At the end of the day, it’s an incredible opportunity and a rise-to-the-occasion kind of moment.’
