‘She’s obviously deluded,’ says Amber Heard of her ‘rando’ remark about Kate Moss.

Elaine Bredehoft, Amber Heard’s lawyer, appeared on ‘The Today Show’ on Tuesday, June 14. The ‘Aquaman’ actress was also invited on the show, where she discussed her defamation case with her ex-husband, Johnny Depp. According to reports, an hour-long episode of Heard with Savannah Guthrie will run on June 15, Wednesday.

On their Twitter page, NBC provided some highlights from the show. Amber Heard is seen in the tapes expressing her thoughts on the trial outcome. She, too, was of the view that Depp’s witnesses were bought for their testimony, much as her attorney Bredehoft.

In the interview, Heard says that the judgement would have an influence on domestic abuse survivors’ right to free expression in the United States. She also points out the distinctions between the ‘wife beater’ libel case in the United Kingdom in 2020 and the defamation trial that just ended.

In the news channel’s video, the host asks Heard for a list of plausible reasons why the jury did not believe her. “They had sat in those chairs and heard constant grueling evidence from paid personnel and, towards the conclusion of the trial, randos — as I say,” the 36-year-old claims.

The usage of the word ‘randos’ appeared to be aimed at Kate Moss, which did not sit well with internet users. “Not Amber Heard referring to Kate Moss (KATE MOSS!!) as a “rando,” one Twitter user said. She just cannot accept the reality; she is entirely deluded, completely engulfed in her own narcissism, and she requires immediate assistance. “I screamed and he [Depp] came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention,” Kate Moss, who dated Depp in the 1990s, said in her testimony that when she fell down the stairs, “he [Depp] came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention.” Depp’s case improved as a result of this.

Meanwhile, in the Guthrie interview, the ‘Aquaman’ actress discussed the jury’s judgement. “I don’t blame them,” she remarked. I am aware of the situation. He’s a well-liked character, and many people believe they know who he is. He’s an incredible performer. But even if you believe I’m deserving of all this hostility, even if you believe I’m lying, you couldn’t look me in the eyes and say you believe there’s been a fair portrayal on social media. You can’t tell me you think this is a fair situation.”

Heard also said that jurors did not believe her since they had been hearing testimony from Johnny Depp’s attorneys and witnesses for three and a half weeks. She was presented as a “non-credible person,” according to Heard. The actress went on to say that Depp’s witnesses’ testimony conditioned the jurors to “not accept a syllable that came out of my lips.”

During the trial, the hashtags #AmberTurd and #AmberHeardIsAnAbuser were trending on social media. Heard expressed her disappointment with the ruling as well. She expressed her disappointment that the “mountain of evidence” she produced was “insufficient to stand up against my ex-disproportionate husband’s power, influence, and sway.”
