Sir was involved with a wild three-day threesome with two Beatles fans, a new book has claimed.

All You Need Is Love: The End of the Beatles is an oral history of The Beatles, as told by a collection of never-before-heard interviews with members Sir Paul, Ringo Starr, George Harrison and , as well as Yoko Ono, their family, friends and business associates.

Former COO of Corp Peter Brown and author Steven Gaines wrote the new book from their 1980s interviews, in which they chatted to The Beatles’ inner circlefor their best-selling book The Love You Make.

Now, they have compiled the leftover archives from all these interviews into All You Need Is Love, which was released last week.

One interviewee to have their words published in in the book’s pages 40 years on is record label executive Ron Kass, who died in 1986.

Kass claimed Sir Paul enjoyed three nights of threesomes with two Beatles fans, before his future wife Linda – who he did not know well at the time – arrived at the Los Angeles hotel.

Kass claimed he was sharing a suite with Sir Paul, and according to, said: ‘There was this, bungalow. Paul was just in there for three days and three nights with these girls.

‘Then Linda arrived. Paul and Linda didn’t know each other that well, but she arrived and Paul and the two girls were still with him.

‘Paul got rid of the girls then he took Linda in, so Linda got in there during the night.’

The book also includes historic interviews with Sir Paul, now 81, who admitted in one that there were ‘many wild oats sewn’ from the bandmates.

‘There were many, many, many, many wild oats sewn from the word go,’ he said, according to the outlet.

‘British tours, we used to have a little routine we worked out with the tour manager.

‘If there was someone getting particularly hot on the front row that you liked, he’d say, “Do you wanna go backstage and see the boys?”.. then they’d meet us.’

Sir Paul was with Linda from 1969 until her death in 1998, and he married Heather Mills in 2002, divorcing six years later.

He is married to Nancy Shevell, 64, having tied the knot in 2011.

Sir Paul is dad to fashion designer Stella McCartney, 52, who he shared with his late wife Linda.

The Get Back hitmaker’s son, 46-year-old James McCartney – who he also welcomed with Linda – has just released new music with John Lennon’s son Sean Ono Lennon, titled Primrose Hill.

Sir Paul also shared filmmaker Mary McCartney, 54, and artist Heather McCartney, 61, with Linda, and later in life welcomed Beatrice McCartney, 20, with Heather Mills.

In a , the lead vocalist and bass guitarist reveal how things could have been very different if he’d pursued his efforts as lead guitarist.

‘We had this gig and it was the first thing I ever played, and I was lead guitar player,’ he continued. ‘John was rhythm. I had a solo and I totally froze. Could not move my fingers.

‘It was just so embarrassing. My lead guitar playing career melted at that moment and I said, “Well, I’m not doing this again. I’m not cut out for this. I’m no good.”’
