Snoop Dogg has made a plea for peace following the verdict in the infamous vs case.

The rapper, who was thought to have mocked the Aquaman actress with a meme after she lost to ex-husband Depp in his recent defamation lawsuit against her, prays that everyone could ‘learn to get along’ post-trial.

The rapper, who has insisted he was too busy to focus on the ins and outs of the trial, said: ‘I really didn’t watch it [the case] because I was too busy doing Snoop Dogg.

He added to AP at the MTV Movie and TV Awards: ‘The life of Snoop Dogg is overwhelming at times but I pray that everything is beautiful and everybody in life can learn to get along and be better with or without each other.’

Snoop, ahead of the release of his latest album Mt Westmore due to ‘unforeseen scheduling conflicts’, had caused a bit of a stir following the verdict last week.

Fans believed he reacted to The Pirates Of The Caribbean star’s victory over his ex-wife with a viral video.

Taking to Instagram after the verdict, Snoop posted the video of a man, believed to be a coach, celebrating the victory of his team in such an over-the-top way that it made him a viral meme.

‘Bag [money] secured,’ Snoop captioned his post, which was titled, ‘Johnny Depp with his lawyers RN (right now) in what has been interpreted as congratulations to Depp for winning over $10 million in the lawsuit.

On Wednesday jurors found in favour of Fantastic Beasts actor Johnny who had sued his actress ex for defamation over her .

In the opinion piece, she called herself a victim of domestic violence and a symbol of the movement for female survivors.

She wrote in the now-viral piece: ‘I spoke up against sexual violence and faced our culture’s wrath.

‘That has to change.’

While she didn’t name Depp as her abuser, his lawyers said it was obvious she was referring to him.

They added that the false accusation he was sexually and physically abusive toward her while they were together, ruined his Hollywood career.
