, 52, is more often than not found in bespoke and uniquely designed attire from colourful matching tracksuits to striking leather jackets – all perfectly matched to the setting.

The one uniting factor between all his looks – created in collaboration with his longtime stylist and designer Talia Coles – is the loose and baggy element.

And now we know why.

The rapper opened up about his sheer aversion to skinny jeans – notorious for the way the uncomfortable fabric clamps onto the leg – in a new interview.

‘I’m skinny, so it’s going to be a problem getting in and out of these motherf***ers, so please don’t.’

‘There’s a certain limit to the skinny, you know what I’m saying?’ Snoop told .

Then, echoing the plight of countless people over the years, he added: ‘We can’t do that, because I can’t have nobody helping me take my pants off like this, “Pull it off for me.” We ain’t doing that. We are not doing that.’

He went on to praise his stylist who he has never ‘clashed’ with and immaculately brings his visions to life.

‘We work together as a great team of ideas and she understands fashion, fabric, she understands my look, my style.

‘So it’s easy to work with somebody who can take your ideas and then bring them to life, not just on paper but on your body. She understands me. So we don’t ever clash.’

One example he shared was if he were to work with Louis Vuitton or Gucci, he wouldn’t play into their usual ‘flamboyant’ and ‘experimental’ style.

‘We don’t experiment. We bring the fly to the ad. You give us that wardrobe and watch what we do with it,’ he added.

No wonder he needs a versatile wardrobe to keep up with his oscillating career.

And he’s nothing if not unpredictable. Just last month he opened up about his his connection with the late Queen Elizabeth II (something he has mentioned before).

‘I’ve heard the future king, William, is a huge Snoop fan,’ he said in a pre-Paris interview with Jordan North, per Rolling Stone.

He continued: ‘Well, the Queen was a fan too. Rest in peace to the Queen, that was my girl. You know what I’m saying? So, just may want to go up and, you know, see what you do, let me in or not.’

But his affinity with the royal family is not unfounded, at the end of the 2024 Olympics to create a congratulatory message for the Team GB athletes who competed.
