’s has revealed there was a ‘nasty incident’ in last night’s live show.
On tour at the moment, Strictly Come Dancing Live! sees the dancers and famous faces sashay across the UK for a number of arena shows.
But as is the case with the theatre, darling, things don’t always go to plan when performing in front of a live audience.
On Loose Women today (January 29), judge Anton, 57, revealed an unexpected mistake in a recent live show, and hoped no one minded him sharing it – but he did anyway.
‘We had a nasty incident – I hope they don’t mind me saying – last night, where one of the girls’ hair pieces came off across the floor,’ he said.
‘Absolutely brilliant,’ Anton joked, ‘brought the house down, best night we’ve had on tour.’
‘The partner stood on it,’ he added, mimicking the moment.
Although Anton didn’t name which Strictly star lost their wig, it seems the individual in question – Ellie Leach – isn’t bothered about the hairy moment one bit, as she posted the video of wig-gate on social media, and seemed to find it amusing.
Filmed by a member of the audience, the video sees Vito Coppola and Ellie performing the Paso Doble.
As he swings her around, gravity appears to defy hair pins and her dramatic curly wig is flung off her head, revealing her neatly packed bun.
Elsewhere, Anton revealed he’s had a recent hair transplant in Dublin.
He told the ITV panel, referring to his lid: ‘It’s all mine, I just had it shifted about.
‘They take it off the back and have it replanted at the front, he’s (the doctor) an absolute genius.
‘I want to be like Bobby [Brazier], wafting in the air being gorgeous and youthful.’
Asked if the rumours were true of a, he said: ‘There is always rumours, I don’t know because I spend all my time with Craig [Revel Horwood, his fellow judge).
‘We travel together and share a dressing room together, we are like an old married couple. I don’t get to see any of the shenanigans.’
Ellie and Bobby, who was a are now said to have kissed and been on secret dates.
‘They’ve been spending nearly all their free time together before and after performances. They’ve been having their meals together, and flirting increasingly openly,’ a source told
Anton’s fellow judge about the romance rumours, and heard of it for the first time when asked by Metro.co.uk.
He told us: ‘Ellie and Bobby?! No, I didn’t [see that coming], I didn’t even know about that, but there you go.’
