star has behind her co-stars as they prepare for.
The Welsh dancer, 33, has been a professional dancer on the reality series since 2017, but is missing the current season after being diagnosed with earlier this year.
Last week the pairings of the 15 celebrities with their partners was revealed, and now tonight’s episode will see them all .
Despite not being able to take part Amy has offered a message of support to them all.
‘Happy live show day BBC Strictly ? Wishing the entire team a fabulous show and I know it’s going to be amazing!,’ she posted on Instagram alongside an old promotional shot of herself for the show.
‘I’ve been kept up to date with the pros and a few sneaky FaceTimes!
‘Literally can’t wait to watch and support you all.’
She also added she was planning on attending and watching soon: ‘Hopefully I’ll be there in a few weeks ?? #my2023officialpic #keepdancing #strictlycomedancing #friends #strictlyfamily #thebestshow.’
Her post was met with plenty of thanks from her colleagues, with Dianne Buswell writing that she was ‘thinking’ of Amy and that the team all missed her.
‘But I already have a smile on my face thinking of this time next year when you’re gonna be back dancing with us again xxxx.’
Meanwhile Motsi Mabuse shared a series of love heart emojis and wrote ‘we love you’, while Giovanni Pernice wrote ‘love ya darling’.
Other professional dancers including Karen Hauer, Katya Jones and Johannes Radebe also commented on the post.
It all comes a few days after Amy shared a videoas she continues chemotherapy.
Previously sharing she was ‘distraught’ at the thought of having to get rid of her tresses, on Thursday she showed a clip of the huge step, which saw her in tears through the process.
However afterwards she said she was feeling ‘empowered’ and that she’d also recently crossed the ‘half-way chemo line’.
The first Strictly Come Dancing live show airs tonight at 6.15pm on BBC One.
