The Circle fans it’s time to get excited as the season 4 release date has been confirmed – and there’s not long to wait.
The adored American reality competition series, based on the original British TV show of the same name, sees players communicate via text on a specially-designed social media application that gives them the ability to portray themselves in any way they choose.
As a result, players can decide to present themselves as a completely different person or they can play as themselves.
Although of the programme last year, fans will be able to soon get their fix when the US counterpart returns.

The Circle season 4 will arrive on Netflix on Wednesday, May 4, so set those calendar alerts!
While the number of episodes for the new series has yet to be confirmed, the last series comprised of 13, so it’s likely this chapter will follow suit.
Who won season 3?
The last series of the hit reality The Circle saw James Andre Jefferson Jr win after playing the game as himself.
He took home the $100,000 (£76,400) prize that came along with his victory, with Matthew Pappadia who posed as Ashley, placing second.
Keisha ‘Kai’ Ghost scooped the fan favourite award and the $10,000 (£7,600) bonus.
Sharing his advice for future players, James told : ‘Treat The Circle like an actual social media app and understand its algorithm and [how] the algorithm changes.
‘I think going in with a strict strategy is silly because you have no idea you’re playing with. So my biggest tip is to be adaptive adapt to the situation.’
