The Midnight Club viewers beg for more Rahul Kohli after cameo appearance: ‘It feels vacant without him’

And they’ve also made a pact to try and communicate with each other after death, haunting the halls of Brightcliffe, as they hunt for signs of the supernatural from the beyond.

In episode five, Kohli plays a character in just one of the ghost stories, titled See You Later, when Amesh [Sauriyan Sapkota] shares his bedtime story about a coder who cracks a formula to win a game, before rewriting the code and erasing parts of the future.

However, his cameo appearance in one episode is simply not enough according to fans.

‘I’m on episode six and please don’t tell me that @RahulKohli13 only shows up on one episode,’ one person wrote.

Another penned: ‘Dear Rahul, I am watching Midnight Club and it feels too vacant without you. Midnight Mass was a paradise.’

Meanwhile a third commented: ‘The only thing I hate about The Midnight Club is the lack of @RahulKohli13 Great show in a lot of ways but man, I miss him.’

‘We need more. We demand it!’ someone else commented, with another adding: ‘I require more. Pls. Respectfully.’

‘One is NOT ENOUGH,’ another penned, while someone else wrote: ‘Just saying @RahulKohli13 crushes it like always in #TheMidnightClub. Someone give this man a lead role!’

Kohli clarified on Twitter himself that he would be making an appearance in one episode, leaving fans a little disappointed, but he promised to be returning to screens in a new series soon.

The Midnight Club boasts several other famous faces from Flanagan’s other works, including Katie Parker, Michael Trucco, Emily Piggford, Crystal Balint, Henry Thomas and more.

Kohli is set to appear in Flanagan’s upcoming series The Fall of the House of Usher, based on Edgar Allen Poe’s work, which is also in the making.

Several of the cast members including Kate Siegel and Kohli have teased that filming is well underway, although a release date has yet to be announced.

The Midnight Club is available to watch on Netflix.
