host suffered an unfortunate moment as she accidentally rejected a handshake from a Hollywood A-lister.
During Monday’s instalment of the programme, actresses and appeared on the show to promote their new film Project: Lioness.
As the stars made their way through the entrance, Nicole went in to shake Alex’s hand, and while Zoe addressed co-host Jermaine Jenas.
However, as Zoe reached out to Alex, the presenter accidentally ignored her gesture while she hugged Nicole.

Jermaine quickly came to the rescue as he went for a second handshake with Zoe in order to move past the uncomfortable moment.
‘Oops, I’ll just do it again,’ he joked.
This comes after Alex admitted she unknowingly in a bag during a family day out.
Recounting the bizarre tale on Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, Alex told fellow her fellow guests that it all kicked off when the monkey, aptly named Bandit, eyed up the nappy bag that was sitting underneath the buggy.
‘I think there must have been a banana or something hanging out,’ she says, in a clip ahead of Friday’s episode.
‘So, he jumps in, and this flipping monkey… rooted through, rooted through and we couldn’t get him out.’
Despite her husband’s efforts to convince her to leave the monkey in the bag, Alex was not having any of it.
‘I was like “I’m not leaving him, there’s monkey DNA all over my baby, I’m not leaving him in the changing bag, disgusting, germy”,’ she recalls.
Eventually, with the help of a zookeeper and a stick of fruit, the monkey finally got out of the bag… or so they thought.
‘[We] made our way back to the car and just as we went to leave the zoo, heard something,’ Alex continues.
