Dermot, 49, already hosts the Friday edition of the show every week with Alison Hammond.
According to William Hill, he’s the frontrunner at 5/2, whilst Ladbrokes puts him at 7/2.
Dermot spoke recently about how much enjoyment he has for This Morning on podcast . ‘It’s a nice thing. If someone said to me, “You’re doing Fridays for the next 10 years” I’d be over the moon. I love it.’
Rylan Clark
Ladbrokes have Rylan at 6/4 odds, while William Hill put his chances at 5/1.
The 34-year-old has got plenty of experience on the show. He started out presenting the showbiz goss before fronting the show with former husband Dan Neal. They made history as the first gay couple to present the show.
Marvin and Rochelle Humes
Marvin, 38, is coming in at a strong 3/1 on Ladbrokes.
He previously told he doesn’t see himself back on the job. ‘Never say never but that’s sort of Roch’s family now – it’s her thing and it kind of makes sense for it to be how it is.’ He also added that his wife is ‘so good at that job.’

He stepped in to host with Holly during Phil’s recent leave of absence, so the gig wouldn’t be a stretch.
At the end of his run on the show the 37-year-old wrote on Instagram: ‘What a week! Had the best time at @ThisMorning – what a lovely team. Thank you all for the nice comments it’s really appreciated.’
