The former kindergarten teacher was most known for her videos on the platform, discussing her issues.
Many were left concerned when she took a break from posting over the last few weeks, flooding the comments section with support.
Her fiancé, Louis Risher, has now confirmed the sad news of her death, explaining that she died ‘surrounded with love’.
‘Madison passed away peacefully last night,’ he told in a statement. ‘She is so special.
‘I turned 27 yesterday, actually. I was holding her hand all day and that’s all I needed.’
Baloy first became ill in 2022, experiencing stomach issues during the summer.
She initially focused on her food intake and changed her lifestyle but nothing seemed to relieve her pain.
The outlet reports that she began vomiting blood and having sensory issues last February, and sought medical help.
Doctors then informed her that they had discovered abnormalities in her large intestine, and later found multiple tumors following an emergency surgery.
According to the publication, she was diagnosed with stage four cancer at the age of 26, and given five years to live.
It was then that Baloy turned to TikTok to share updates with followers, and highlighting her journey with the condition.
‘I knew that I had a lot to say,’ she told. ‘Every single emotion while we’re here because we’re not going to be here for long.
‘My mind shifted, and I was like, “I am going to get every ounce of life that I can out of this.”
‘There’s nothing we can do. So I may as well have some fun.’
Baloy’s videos received hundreds of thousands of views, with one particular clip – showing her bucket list – going viral.
In the footage, she shared that she was ‘in a hurry to finish’ the list, with a range of dreams including ‘seeing everything she can’, being in the DJ booth at a music festival and having a wedding.
She was able to tick one incredible item off the list when Gordon Ramsay flew her down to Miami for dinner at his restaurant.
Beside a video of the chef dancing with her in the kitchen, she simply added: ‘GORDON RAMSAY! The biggest honor and the coolest night of my whole entire life.
‘And for everyone who made this happen; I love you!’
