Khloe Kardashian reportedly extended an invite to ex-boyfriend for their daughter True’s birthday party last weekend, and he turned up.
The Kardashians star threw a lavish cat-themed party to celebrate True’s fourth birthday on Sunday, with sisters Kim, Kourtney and Kylie in attendance.
However, missing from all the social media images was NBA star Tristan, who is said to have turned up to prove he wants to be present in the little one’s life.
A source claimed: ‘Tristan shows up for every birthday and important event for True. He is a great dad. He is very involved.’
‘Khloé gets along with him. The focus is on True and they have the same goals for her. They want her to have the happiest childhood possible,’ they added
The former couple are clearly moving on from recent controversy involving Tristan, after it emerged he had fathered another child last year.
The 31-year-old enjoyed a whirlwind romance with fitness trainer Maralee Nichol around the time of his birthday in March 2021. During this time, they conceived his third child, a baby boy who was born in December.
It came to light when Maralee filed a lawsuit against Tristan regarding child support payment, while he requested a paternity test.
After the results confirmed he was indeed the father, Tristan released a statement confirming the news while also as they are believed to have recently reconciled when he embarked on his romance with Maralee.
Khloe, 37, recently stands now after all the drama, and told Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts: ‘I remember when he cheated on me right before I gave birth, and I was able to still have him in the delivery room.
‘And so yes, it might have looked strange to the outside world, but when my daughter watches my home videos of it, those videos are going to be as pure and perfect as I was able to make them.
‘I still think he’s a great guy and he’s a great dad, he’s just not the guy for me.’
