has revealed she is married.
The star married long-time fiance Jonathan Owen, in 2017.
Vicky shares the joyous news on Instagram with a snap of the pair together, Vicky in a stunning white dress.
She wrote: ‘Tied up in Notts!!! Best. Day. Ever!!!!’
While the public weren’t aware she and Jonny planned to tie the knot very soon, it was far from a secret to her friends, as well-wishers flocked to the comments to agree it really had been the ‘best day ever’.
Paddy McGuinness said it was an ‘absolutely belting day,’ adding: ‘Congratulations!’
While Jenny McClure wrote: ‘WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!! Love you guys!’
Not everyone was in the know however, as Dermot O’Leary congratulated the couple and said the wedding was ‘wonderful news.’
And Sophie Ellis-Bextor wrote: ‘Ah that’s so lovely! Congratulations!’
It seems the news was first broken on Jonny’s DJ daughter Katie Owen’s radio show – as she had to leave the wedding early to go back to work.
Vicky called in to the late-night BBC Wales show: ‘We’ve had the most amazing special day and we’re gutted you had to go back but we’re so proud of you.
‘You’re missing lots of dancing but we can do that again.’
The newly-married couple looked incredible on their big day, with Vicky stunning in a white dress with a leg slit and trail, as well as a veil and gorgeous bouquet of flowers.
Jonny, meanwhile, looked smart in a crisp black suit and white shirt, and was seen grinning and holding a glass of champagne as he celebrated the long-awaited wedding.
The marriage comes close to six years after the pair first became engaged, with Jonny proposing casually on Christmas Day ‘over a cup of tea’.
She revealed the news days later in a post on Instagram, and later told the Nottingham Post: ‘We stayed at home for the first time together on Christmas Eve so had Christmas morning together.
He popped the question over a cup of tea – we moved onto the bubbles by 8.30am.’
Vicky and Jonny had continued to be loved-up, regularly posting photos of each other and sweet messages to social media, but had made no public announcements on wedding plans or dates.
The couple have been dating for a decade, after they played an on-screen couple 2013 rock comedy Svengali, written by Jonny.
At the time, he had separated from first wife Eleanor Braines, who he shares daughter Katie with.
