The shooting took place on a Saturday afternoon at the Top market place, and there were witnesses. Many people submitted testimony, and the police were shocked to see the chaotic atmosphere in the marketplace. Another suspect, Katherine, a retired police officer, claimed she was on her porch playing with her children when she witnessed the incident from Riley Street.
