The 94th Academy Awards are due to air this evening, and after a two-year hiatus, it promises to be a glittering affair.
Unlike the majority of awards, including the and the , British audiences can actually watch the Oscars live.
The awards are returning to their usual home of the Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, after organisers decided to switch things up in 2021 due to the ongoing Covid pandemic.
They will also for the first time since 2018, with Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes all taking the reigns.

The Oscars 2022 begins in the United States at 8pm Eastern and 5pm Pacific, so UK viewers might need to stock up on coffee in order to stay awake and tune in, with the event starting at 1am UK time on Monday, March 28.
