Unfortunately for fans, the end is almost in sight as we prepare to see what drama awaits the Byrde’s in the final chapter.
The Netflix original follows Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy Byrde, (Laura Linney) as they move to the Ozarks to launder money for a Mexican drug cartel.
After an agonising wait, the first instalment dropped on the streaming platform on January 21, and the show garnered a mega up 2.9billion minutes in the US for the week of January 17 to 23.
The double murders of Darlene Snell (Lisa Emery) and Ruth’s cousin Wyatt Langmore (Charlie Tahan) shocked viewers in episode seven and judging by the multiple twists and turns we’ve seen so far… we’re in for a bumpy ride.

The first episode of season four featured a savage murder, as Sheriff John Nix (Robert C Treveiller) was shot and Ki**ed by Javi Elizonndro (Alfonso Herrera).
The death came about after Javi struck up an alliance with Marty and Wendy, in a bid to stop Darlene Snell (Lisa Emery) from farming drugs.

The final outing of the Emmy-nominated series consists of 14 episodes, split across two parts, with the final seven landing this Friday.
The official season 4 synopsis, released by Netflix, sums up the forthcoming shows. It reads: ‘Marty and Wendy return and climb to the top of Navarro’s empire.
‘They find another opportunity to get out of the Ozarks but some past sins won’t be buried, and the most dangerous threats come from blood.’
Ozark frontman Jason and fans are in for a treat.
Speaking to , he said: ‘I do know where everything is going to end. The specifics leading up to it, I didn’t really grind him on.
‘But I was interested in the big question he has the opportunity to answer: Are they going to get away with it, or are they going to pay a bill? What does he want to message to the audience about the consequences of what the Byrdes have done — or lack thereof?
‘We had some great conversations about that, and he’s got really good ideas about that. Specifically, what kind of happens at the end of the last episode: I know, and it’s great.’
