The actor was first arrested in March after allegedly ‘becoming agitated by karaoke singers’ in Honolulu, with police stating they ‘began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke…and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts.’
They were charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, with a court case due to take place on April 26.
The Justice League star was then arrested again in April, also in Hawaii, for an alleged assault in the Puna area.

They were arrested for assault in the second degree.
