Trish Paytas found themselves unwittingly trending on Twitter after news of III’s cancer diagnosis broke.
Earlier today, released a statement on the 75-year-old’s , explaining that for benign prostate enlargement.
His exact cancer has not yet been made public, but many in support after the news broke.
One name who probably didn’t expect to be thrown into the mix was and Celebrity Big Brother star Trisha, who was bizarrely linked to the Royal family in 2022.
Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, strange fan rumors flooded social media, suggesting that the reality icon, who is non-binary, .
The 35-year-old was forced to release a statement on social media, confirming that the speculation was untrue as they were still pregnant at the time – and , Malibu Barbie, on September 14.
Trisha , with many already linking their unborn child, who is due to arrive in May, to the news of Charles’ ill health.
Taking to Twitter, one said: ‘If I had a nickel for every time Trisha Paytas’ baby coincided with the downfall of the royal family id have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice [sic].’
‘NOT THE TRISHA PAYTAS PROPHECY STRIKING AGAIN,’ another yelled.
‘Trisha Paytas you have cursed the royal family seriously,’ a Twitter user predicted.
As a commenter added: ‘THE KING HAS CANCER AND TRISHA PAYTAS IS PREGNANT WE ARE NOT DOING THIS AGAIN.’
A message from the Palace was shared earlier today, confirming that the King is receiving treatment, and to focus on his health.
‘During the King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted,’ it read.
‘Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer.
‘His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties.
‘Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.
‘The King is grateful to his medical team for their swift intervention, which was made possible thanks to his recent hospital procedure. He remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible.
‘His Majesty has chosen to share his diagnosis to prevent speculation and in the hope it may assist public understanding for all those around the world who are affected by cancer.’
It was later revealed that Prince Harry would be returning to the UK ‘in the coming days’ to spend time with his father.
Trisha was previously forced to issue an apology to the Royal family after fans were left questioning the timing of the birth of their first child with Moses Hacmon, and whether it coincided with the Queen’s death on September 8.
Although they didn’t welcome baby Malibu until a week later, fans were convinced that they were giving birth at the exact moment of the monarch’s death.
‘Well this is awkward… to have to announce that I’m still VERY much pregnant and have NOT given birth,’ Trisha said at the time.
‘I almost felt sad yesterday to tell people this. The internet is a weird place. I don’t know how any of those rumors started or why?
‘Sorry to the royal family and my baby. Felt weird to say anything at all. But so many people IRL that we know, had been texting and calling about this. Including my dad who felt out of the loop as if I wouldn’t text him when I was going into labor.
‘Still don’t know what to say. Other than – I’m still pregnant. And when I do give birth, we will announce it.’
