A new reality show for fans of and is heading our way, and it’s

Crack Addicts, having their bones cracked and joints popped while they got their bodies twisted into what appear to be extreme positions.

Fronted by Dr. Alessandra Colón, the reality series will show her ‘healing patients with and a big sense of humor.’

The trailer begins with some jaw-clenching sounds of patients having their bones adjusted, as they groan with relief in between the clicks.

Dr Colón is seen twisting their heads in various ways, before explaining: ‘Everybody has their own canvas, I work with the body, that’s my canvas.’

Amidst even more cracking, she continues: ‘When most people think about chiropractors, they think I’m going to perform jujitsu, kill them, rip their head off.’

One patient worries: ‘I don’t want someone to break me.’

Another adds: ‘I’ve always been nervous with chiropractors.’

But in between even more cracks and clicks, Dr Colón reassures: ‘When you adjust somebody and you just see their eyes roll back into their head, that’s a chiropractic adjustment.

‘We are doctors of the nervous system, we do everything from ears to shoulders to elbows to hips to toes, knees.’

At one point, she’s seen yanking on someone’s foot before telling a patient’s husband that she’ll be ‘massaging your wife’s booty’.

‘I’m a little bit extra, goofy, hopefully lovable,’ Dr Colón adds to the camera.

The two-minute clip then turns towards a more heart-breaking side, as patients visit the Florida-based doctor as their ‘last bit of hope’.

One wears a tiny corset clinching in her waist, to which Dr Colón admits being ‘shocked’, while another explains she was left needing help after a ‘boat accident’.

Someone else is visiting Dr Colón because other doctors ‘don’t want to touch’ her, before another patient tearfully explains that her wish is to be able to be ‘on her feet’ at her own daughter’s wedding.

‘It’s hard to be hopeful, but at this point, I would do anything,’ another patient admits.

Dr Colón ends the teaser saying: ‘My mission is to heal people one spine at a time, and have a lot of fun doing it.’

Crack Addicts will air on TLC in America from May 24.
