A woman who called in sick for work planned ahead, and turned up to a concert in disguise, just in case she was caught on camera.
Which, in fact, she was, and has since gone viral.
Knowing she couldn’t the woman and her similarly-dressed friend travelled from Louisville to Cincinnati, and were queuing for merchandise when the local station’s cameras caught her.
She hid her identity with a blanket, like a ghost costume, and finished it off with
‘I almost named my daughter’s middle name Taylor,’ the superfan explained.
She went on: ‘I’m taking an 11-year-old little girl, it’s her first time.
‘I went to the show in Nashville, so it’s more for her.’
As the interview came to an end, the reporter added: ‘We’re going to cross our fingers that work doesn’t find out, right?’
‘No they’re not,’ the disguised woman agreed.
Viewers were in hysterics over the lengths the lady went to for the concert, and to hide her identity.
One person said: ‘Never have I ever laughed so hard… the sunglasses are so unnecessary, but iconic. Whoever she is, I adore her.’
‘I just got concert tickets and am considering doing the same thing if they don’t give me the day off for it,’ another penned.
One wrote: ‘I love that she had to wear sunglasses too as the blanket wasn’t enough to confuse me.’
However someone else pointed out: ‘It’s also a reference for Taylor’s Anti-hero music video where the ghosts are wearing sunglasses.’
Another said: ‘In case anyone is curious, Taylor Swift concerts are essentially a costume party for Swifties. This costume here is from the Anti-Hero music video.’
