superstar Seth Rollins has admitted he has a number of ‘constant injuries’ that he’s putting off treatment for.

The World Heavyweight Champion opened up about the way he keeps in shape and takes care of himself, but he revealed there are always some issues he’s dealing with as a professional wrestler.

‘I try to change my training up based on how I feel,’ he said. ‘There are constant injuries.

‘My knee has been bugging me since before WrestleMania [39], I was having an issue with that. My neck acting up.

‘My lower back has been at me since 2019, probably should get some surgery on that, but trying to just do whatever I can to make sure I don’t need it because I have a couple of stress fractures back there.’

The 37-year-old star noted he’s been looking at some temporary measures to keep himself going without ‘taking time off’.
