WWE star Seth Rollins spotted on Captain America: New World Order set and fans are going wild

Seth Rollins appears to be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The superstar, who has a chance to become the company’s if he can beat Finn Balor at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia on May 27, has been spotted on the set of and fans are ridiculously excited.

In a video doing the rounds on Twitter, the so-called Visionary can be seen in costume chatting on set during filming in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday.

Although no official announcement has been made, his appearance in the L***ed clip has fans speculating that he has indeed landed a role in the MCU.

‘Wait is that Seth Rollins? Omg,’ said one fan responding to the video, while another wrote: ‘Seth Rollins getting that marvel bag?!’

‘Seth Rollins in the MCU is actually INSANE,’ added a third fan, with a fourth speculated: ‘Seth Rollins in the new Captain America film! He kept that quiet!’

Fans are having fun with the speculation, with some suggesting he might be a member of the villainous Serpent Society group, while one person called on him to hit his signature ‘curb stomp’ move on his foes.

Seth’s film debut came in 2016’s Sharknado: The 4th Awakens, while he also has credits for roles in Armed Response, Trouble and Like A Boss.

Meanwhile, Seth’s wife and fellow WWE superstar Becky Lynch, with whom he has two-year-old daughter Roux, is also making moves in Hollywood.

Last year, she joined the cast of Young Rock as Cyndi Lauper, having previously appeared in the likes of Billions and Rumble.

Seth previously admitted his wife is keen on exploring her options in the movie and TV world, and he’s open to moving so she can chase her dream.

The Iowa native told the state’s WQUAD News: ‘Her acting career is starting to perk up a little bit and that’s where she wants to go. So, if we end up in that direction and that takes us out west, so be it. If not, then here we are.’
