Former star has announced she’s got plans to release new music this year.

Following the series she was signed to Syco Music, releasing her debut album Sticks and Stones in 2011 and included the singles Swagger Jagger, With Ur Love and Want U Back.
Her second album, Sorry I’m Late, followed in 2014 before she had a two-year break following the album’s poor reception after the success of its predecessor.
In the years since she’s released singles in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
However, fans have been she was set to release new music this year, a decade after her last album.
Posting a selfie on social media this week, the singer captioned the post: ‘Happy new year! I think it’s time for some new music 👀 …. this is not a drill!!’
The news sent fans into a frenzy, with many sharing their excitement.

Last year Cherafter a two-year break, performing at the Mighty Hoopla festival.

‘I was a naive 16-year-old, who came from such a small, shielded town where bad things didn’t happen,’ she told The Sun.
‘I could deal with the pressures of performing at the drop of a hat, that wasn’t the part I struggled with – anything creative was a dream for me.
‘When it came to the world of showbiz and gossip, that’s when it started to crumble, and the dream turned into a little bit of nightmare. I feel like I was thrown to the wolves, and it was so mentally damaging.’
Cher went on to marry Craig Monk in 2013, and the couple share two children together, Delilah-Rae, 5, and Eliza Violet who was born in September.
