Zayn, 30, totally wiped his account before posting a video of himself sitting on a motorcycle and revving the engine before his helmet visor snapped shut.
A link also appeared on his Instagram page that led to a website offering fans the chance to ‘presave’ his music on and Apple Music.
It’s been a whole two years since the dad-of-one last dropped new music, so it’s no wonder fans were beside themselves with excitement.
Messages like: ‘CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS’, ‘STOP!’, ‘WOW OK’ and ‘Screaming,’ quickly flooded the comment section.

Some fans took his message as a bit of a public goodbye or a hint at stepping away from music.
Slightly panicked by the post, one fan replied quickly: ‘I love u Z , don’t become a farmer yet, I want more album!! I miss you Z.’
