star has split from her partner, according to reports.
The presenter was dating model Micahel Reed for five years, but it’s said the relationship has ‘run its course.’
It’s also believed Zoe, 52, has asked Michael, also 52, to out of their home in East Sussex.
A source close to the star implied that things hadn’t been rosy for a while.
‘Zoe is gutted but she’s better off without Michael,’ they said.
The pal added to : ‘This is a relief to many of her friends, who think she has done the right thing.
‘They were arguing over really silly things like Zoe spending time on the phone to her friends and it all got a bit too much for her.
‘They had a wonderful romance at first and Michael was a real gent.
‘But in recent months Zoe has started to find him a bit demanding.’
It’s said that the couple started ‘spending a lot less time together’ and eventually ‘went on separate holidays’ which caused them to ‘drift apart.’
‘Now it seems the relationship has finally run its course. She asked him to move out and he has done so, although they have remained on good terms,’ added the insider.
‘Hopefully, Zoe will move on and find the happiness she deserves.’
The reports come after fans of the former It Takes Two host noticed Michael had stopped appearing in her social media posts.
A source also claimed the relationship went ‘sour’ recently, with Zoe having jetted off to Cyprus without her other half.
‘The fact he did not go on the Cyprus holiday with her spoke volumes. He was apparently due to go but plans changed at the last minute,’ they claimed.
‘Zoe did not want the negativity of a huge break-up and it has happened gradually, with him now agreeing to move out.’
She’s said to be wishing him ‘all the best’ for the future.
Michael’s romance with mum-of-two Zoe began in 2017.
She was previously married to from 1999 until 2016.
The star was also in a relationship with TV cameraman Billy Yates, 40, who died by suicide in 2017.
