The 30-year-old moved to Old Trafford from Porto in October 2020 in a deal worth around £15m and would go on to make 50 first team appearances.
He fell out of contention on the arrival of as manager, though, and spent last season on loan at Sevilla, making 38 appearances and winning the Europa League.
The Brazil international has now moved on from European football, heading to Saudi Arabia for a transfer fee reported to be around £4m.
On his departure, Manchester United posted: ‘We’d like to thank Alex for his contributions to the club over the last three years and would like to wish him all the best for the future.’
Al-Nassr added on social media: ‘We have officially signed the Brazilian Star Alex Telles. We wish him good luck with our stars.’
There will be more departures to come from Old Trafford this summer, with Anthony Elanga and Dean Henderson expected to complete moves to Nottingham Forest.
The Red Devils are also looking for buyers for the likes of Eric Bailly and Harry Maguire as they look to boost their budget as they hunt for a new striker.
A new central forward has been a priority for Erik ten Hag this summer with the likes of Harry Kane and Rasmus Hojlund targeted, but a deal does not appear to be close.
