Arsenal, and are keeping tabs on the availability of Leeds star Wilfried Gnonto, according to reports.
Gnonto only signed for Leeds last summer from FC Zurich but has already made a great impression, recording four goals and three assists in 20 games so far as the Elland Road side battle against relegation.
The 19-year-old is already an Italian international and could well feature on Thursday night when the reigning European champions take on England as qualifying for begins.
The winger is tipped to have a great career ahead of him, but with Javi Gracia’s side one of the favourites to be relegated from the Premier League, he could be on course to leave the club in the near-future.
report that Gnonto has attracted the interest of several clubs in England, namely Arsenal, Chelsea and City, as well as around Europe.
Though only valued at around £16million, Leeds are likely to make a sizeable profit on their player, given that he cost just £4m to buy a year ago.
However, his availability will largely be dependant on whether or not he drops down to the Championship, with Leeds currently 14th in the table but just two points above the relegation zone.
Following the international break, the club have a tricky run in that includes fixtures against Arsenal, Liverpool, City, Newcastle and Tottenham.
Though a talented player with huge potential, it is surprising to see Gnonto linked to the aforementioned teams given that they all already have a wealth of world-class options on the left-wing.
Arsenal and Chelsea especially, after both clubs recruited new left-sided forwards in January in the form of Leandro Trossard and Mykhailo Mudryk respectively.
