Mikel Arteta is keen to add a new striker to his squad in the January transfer window in order to help his side’s push for the title.

reports that Gimenez is also on Arsenal’s radar and the club’s scouting team are keeping tabs on the Mexico international’s progress at Feyenoord.
However, the report also claims that Arsenal must offload players in order to meet Financial Fair Play regulations if they are to sign either Toney or Gimenez in January.
Reports from Mexico in the summer had claimed that Feyenoord were demanding a €50 million (£43.5m) fee for Gimenez.
The 22-year-old joined the Dutch club from Cruz Azul last year and has scored 31 goals in 52 appearances for the Eredivisie side.
Manchester United and Brighton were also linked with a move for Gimenez in the summer.
The striker has made 20 appearances for Mexico, scoring four goals.
