have confirmed the exits of four players including Barcelona-bound Andreas Christensen.

has trimmed his first-team squad at Stamford Bridge, with former midfielder Danny Drinkwater also leaving the club.

are set to sign Denmark international Christensen on a free transfer, while Drinkwater will look to revive his career at another English club.

Chelsea academy graduates Charly Musonda and Jake Clarke-Salter have also left Stamford Bridge after failing to make an impact in west London.
