Christian Eriksen is set to reject a move to as he wants to stay in , opening the door to a sensational return to Tottenham.

New Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag is keen to bolster his midfield options this summer and has identified Eriksen as a top target.

‘He is a short-term solution but then we can wait for [Jude] Bellingham next season. He will play if he deserves to play like everyone else.

‘Eriksen is a top player and I believe he can compete for a starting spot in our XI. The season is very long.
