Christian Pulisic has told he does not want to leave after he was included in talks with about a deal for Matthijs de Ligt, according to reports.
Chelsea have made De Ligt one of their top targets for the summer following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
Pulisic and Timo Werner have both been offered to Juventus as part of the deal for the Netherlands international this summer.
But according to , Pulisic has made it clear to Chelsea’s hierarchy that he is ‘in no rush to leave’ Stamford Bridge.
The report also claims that Chelsea are expecting to reach an agreement with AC Milan which will see Hakim Ziyech join the Serie A champions.
Pulisic, meanwhile, still has two years remaining on his contract with Chelsea but has just endured a frustrating season in which he started just 13 games in the Premier League.
‘Of course, I want to get more playing time,’ Pulisic said about his situation at Chelsea last month.
‘I want to be on the field as much as I can and be the sharpest I can be and fit as well.
‘I think I still got a lot of games, but it’s always something that I’m working at and trying to be regular at club level as well to put myself in the best position to be fit when I come here with the national team.’
Chelsea have already had an offer of €40 million (£34.4m) plus Timo Werner rejected by Juventus but it’s understood that the Italian club are open to including the German forward or Pulisic as part of the deal.
Juve are looking for €70m (£60.3m) plus Werner or Pulisic for De Ligt, or an outright €100m (£86.4m) fee.
